詩号は桂久爾（かつらくに）。
現在は、新しい書象を求め実作に励んでいる

Educational background: Graduated from Waseda University Department of Literature, majoring in European Philosophy

I learned Chinese calligraphy under Fujisawa Joshuu (藤沢絮秋) and Gado Okamoto (岡本雅堂). The pen name for calligraphy is 絮虹 (Joko). Especially, the calligraphies written by Kawahigashi Hekigotou stimulated me a lot. I also learned short poem under Shigeo Ueda who is famous as a researcher on Yaichi Aizu (会津八一), a religious scholar and a poet as well, then also learned short poem under Raikuu (来空). The pen name for poem is 桂久爾 (Katsura Kuni). Currently, I concentrate on creative activities looking for new form of calligraphy.

My principle: Be always fresh! I am particular about the freshness.
